Who we are

Kevin Amado makes this tool. He lives in Alberta, Canada. When you use the tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Age

  • The tool is not for children under 13.
  • In the European Union, it is not for children under 16, unless a parent or guardian agrees.
  • If a child used it without that, write to us and we will delete what we hold.

The tool is free and "as is"

  • The tool is free. There is no paid plan.
  • We do our best, but the tool can have errors, and it can change or stop at any time.
  • We give no promise (warranty) that it is correct, complete or always available.

It is not professional advice

  • The results are for information only.
  • They are not legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice, and they are not an official exam or government source.
  • Check important results with a qualified person or with the official source before you act.
  • Do not use the tool where a wrong result could hurt someone, such as driving, flying, boating, medicine doses or an emergency.
  • Calculators and exam practice do not replace a doctor, a lawyer, a tax adviser or an official safety rule.

Use it in a fair way

  • Use the tool only for legal purposes.
  • Do not use it to harm, cheat or spam other people.
  • Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the tool.

Report content and copyright

To report content that is illegal or that infringes your rights, write to kamadorueda@gmail.com

  • Your notice should say: your name and contact details, the address of the page, and what the work or the problem is.
  • It should say that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed, and that the facts are true.
  • It should say that you own the right or act for the owner. Sign it with your name.
  • We look at each notice quickly, act as the law requires, and can pass it to the person who put the content there.
  • If we remove content by mistake, that person can send a counter-notice. It has the page address, their details and a statement that they believe it was a mistake.
  • We can then put the content back, unless the sender goes to court.
  • We close the access of people who infringe copyright again and again.
  • The same address is our single point of contact for users and for authorities (EU Digital Services Act, art. 11 and 12). Write in English.

Ending your use

  • You can stop using the tool at any time. Where the tool has a delete option, you can delete your content or account.
  • We can limit or end your access and delete content at any time. We do this if you break these rules or the law, or to protect the tool or other people.

Our responsibility

  • As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or damage from your use of the tool or its results.
  • Nothing in these terms takes away rights that you have under consumer protection law.

Who owns what

The name, text and code of the tool belong to Kevin Amado, except where a page names another source. The sources keep their own licences.
